I am suffering from heartbreak and one-sided love. I am deeply attached to him emotionally and mentally, but he has no feelings for me. Recently, he got engaged, and I feel completely dead inside. I only want that person in my life. I am not well — physically, mentally, or emotionally.

When with group in society. Think that someone will hurt me by remembering my past bad event. This thought is recurring. So irritating. How to manage it.

Hello Sir / Mam , Greetings ! Our daughter is 7 yrs old and since past 2-3 years she is very shy and reserved . Her paediatrician has diagnosed Selective mutism because she is quite talkative around her family and friends and familiar ones and is moody about speaking to anyone. But in school she talks in a very low tone . She is good when she speaks in Mic but infront of her teachers and classmates she is quite shy . How can this issue get resolved and how much time does it take to get the things to normal. Please advise . Regards Rishika

Eligibility of Mental Health Conditions for Hello, I want to know if there are any mental health or neurological conditions that are considered eligible under the PWD (Persons with Disabilities) quota for government jobs. Specifically, I am curious about conditions like: Low IQ / Intellectual disability Dyspraxia (developmental coordination disorder) Neurodevelopmental coordination disorders Other similar cognitive or neurological conditions Do these conditions qualify for government job reservations under the PWD category? Dear sir/ma'am, I was using Rexipra Forte 20 (Escitalopram Oxalate 20mg + clonazapem 0.5 mg) from last 7 months. Recently, from last 5 days,  I was experiencing hypnic jerks during sleep and also getting dreams during sleep. Kindly suggest why this happens and is there anything to worry about?

My father is having high bp from past 10 yrs problem with him is he always quarrel with my mother and me couldn't not understand means he suddenly scolds or shouts for no reason when we ask y ur shouting like that he raises his voice more couldn't bear him i lost my younger sister 5 yrs back sometimes he speaks very good sometimes without any reason he shouts like that before when my sister was there also he used to like that only but we kept quiet now from past 2 yrs he is doing more and one more thing when we ask him y ur shouting like that he says in reverse ur having mental like that I'm not understanding what to do is it becoz of bp and he got accident 4 yrs back last time he got fits in fever got mri done it was normal doctors said it might be due to low calcium levels y he behaves like that when he will be in work everything will be fine when he stays in home couldn't not bear him due to this my mother health and even I'm suffering a lot when he quarrel he says i willkillu both

Hello dr,I used to love a guy and we were in a long term relationship.I didn't know that he was only playing with my emotions for using me for his physical needs.At other side he was also in a long term relationship with a girl later whom he got married.I never had idea about it as he told me that he was in a relationship with this girl and they broke off but this was only a fabricated story.He got married without even informing me I got to know after one year of his marriage that he got married with that girl.Its been a year but still I feel shattered most of the time.I feel like someone crushed my soul.He is happily living with his wife and family and I'm still not to move on and trust anyone.I really loved him so much but still he didn't think once before doing this kind of things to me.Sometimes I still cry and feel like nothing going to be normal.Deep inside my heart I m developing feeling of taking revenge. Should I tell his wife that what kind of person he is??What should I do?

I am having health anxiety since 17 years. First 12 years were very severe... I atleast I can talk to some one and go to office After 16 years I was able to know that I am having health anxiety.. In this whole anxiety chapter i suffered with high BP, sugar, cholestrol, obesity, Now i need to consult phychologist who is specialist in health anxiety And also at the same time not to consult psychiatrist so that I can reduce my medicine.
