IT has been 2years now since i have started smoking cigarettes. I want to quit it badly but i got no control. I just have it almost everyday and then regret it till the next morning and now I feel like I have trapped in this loop. Can you please help me with any suggestions?

From the last few months i have been very harsh to my mother, always had a fight with her for reason like food or something else otherwise for no reason also i had a fight with her. I always make her cry due to my behaviour. I am not able to properly handle my life, very much burden feeling. I feel like i want to live away from my family. I want to live alone. Everything comes over me. I am not to properly handle everything. Now i am 25 years old, i have to marriage and all and from that i feel very tensed, very emotional and i am not able to decide anything. Whatever i have decided in my life all are against me. I always had a fight with everyone. I don't know whether i can lead a proper family in future. I feel depressed and no hope in life.

I was diagnosed anxity depression in 2014. Continued medicine since 2014 to2019. Zolipax, paro 10 revotril and others. From the last 3 days I m suffering from severe palpitations anxiety hand shivering mild depression etc due to exam related stress. My doctor has given me prodep 20 for 6 weeks. Will I be ok by this medicine? Many exams are knocking at the door in the upcoming few months. Pls suggest

I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and overthinking issue. I am not talking any kind of medicines and i am not feeling fine at all these days . I get anxiety on very minor things , which has no importance. I feel very stressed because of my mind . I am tired of my mind thinking Unnecessarily things which makes no sense and i feel bothered .
