Depression and anger
My husband is felt frustrated by his govt. Job at ordnance factory Medak, Telengana. Because we are not economical sound he is not able to leave. He was delaying our marriage since last 2 years with the hope that, after his job transfer everything will be fine. We married in dec 2021, initially for a week everything was okay. Now he is showing his anger by beating himself and talking about suicide and leaving home. I am feeling worried about him and not able to join my old job as a Physiotherapy assistant at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Every next day, arguments and sadness disturbing me alot. i am orphan and i am not able to ask his family members directly , because they were not happy with our love marriage. He won't listen to me nor he want to shown up to any psychiatrist doctor regarding this behavioral problem. Please, suggest me something that can help me to help him.

Do i need therapy ?
It's been a while since I've been feeling low - maybe a year or so. I've tried therapy twice but quit after 2 sessions each specifically because of the following reasons :-
# Being an introvert , it gets really awkward talking about personal life to an unknown person .
# I feel it's useless. Even though I know it is certainty not useless but i just can't see it helping me .
HOW DO I KNOW IF I ACTUALLY NEED THERAPY OR IS IT JUST A ROUGH PHASE ?

Overly emotional
Sometimes I am too emotional and might cry like there's no tomorrow. I try to keep myself busy in those situations but it takes me time to get back to normal routine.
My close ones get scared looking at me like that. Is there anything I can do for this?

How effective is it?
I have had on and off depressive and anxiety episode from last 5 year. I also had been on medication in intervals for this reason. Medicines include nexito forte, rexipra forte, prodep 20.
Recently again I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I keep getting these problems in episodic manner.
The psychiatrist I consulted said you have recurring episodic depression and anxiety (something like this). Currently I am on nexito 10 and lonazep md.
He suggest me to get counselling sessions with a psychologist as this is a recurring thing. Medicine will help but for a temporary period of time.
I know counselling can be effective but my question is how 'permanent' is the benefits I'll get from counselling.
Is it a 'permanent' solution?
P.s - I always try to stay fit. I exercise regularly and often do yoga and meditation. I used to smoke but I have quit since a year. I drink occasionally once a month (just a beer or 2) and always try to eat a healthy diet.

Does panic attack cause chest tightness
Hi
From last few months , I am suffering from anxiety mainly related to fear of heart attack and also gastric issues. Last year in April , I did my TMT and later in June I did echo as well and all were fine.
Recently I have observed that whenever I come across a emotionally stressful situation, I feel chest tightness or heaviness for a while.
Example of such situations- came back from a funeral of a relative, fight with wife or too much stress put in office ( like I have to submit something in next 30 mins).
I fear that it's cardiac issue but I can easily do very fast walking for 30 minutes without getting tired.
Is it just panic attack or anxiety attack due to emotional situation or do I need to get cardiac check up again ?
Please suggest.

Disturbing Days
I had a breakup on 24.07.2019, after that i really find it very hard to move out from the 1 year lasting relationship, but i managed to move on and i accepted the situation and doing very well since from that day. I never messaged or she never messaged in this 2 years. But suddenly her message came yesterday and i was like should i reply her message or ignore it. But i decided to message her. She asked for a help and i said tell me what help she is needs, but as usual that message was also not read till now which was sent on 19.01.2022. My issue is after her message i am able to focus on my daily routine, thinking more about why she come again and all. I am disturbed very well. From the last 2 days i am not able to sleep properly. Please guide me in this issue, why it is still hitting this issue so hard again. Even after 2 years.
