Do i need therapy ?
It's been a while since I've been feeling low - maybe a year or so. I've tried therapy twice but quit after 2 sessions each specifically because of the following reasons :- # Being an introvert , it gets really awkward talking about personal life to an unknown person . # I feel it's useless. Even though I know it is certainty not useless but i just can't see it helping me . HOW DO I KNOW IF I ACTUALLY NEED THERAPY OR IS IT JUST A ROUGH PHASE ?

Hello user If you are feeling low for a year, better you can consult with a Psychologist and just explain about your situation. Cognitive behaviour therapy will help to relieve from your problem. In initial stage, it may be difficult to open up your issues, so it will take some time. Once the rapport developed between you and your therapist, then you can take the therapy sessions consistently and can overcome your issues. Don't worry, be positive. Good luck.
