I am unable to sleep as when I try to sleep I am getting random thoughts and I don't even feel sleepy.

I think I'm suffering from anxiety or depression, I don't know but yes something is not write in my head

I'm always anxious about my health in morning but I'm very motivated during night especially around 1-2 Am but becomes anxious and worry about my health a lot in morning. I feel so motivated at night and plan so many things at night and becomes lazy in morning. I need a guidance to move forward. I will be so grateful.
