I have been diagnosed with a 32mm Follicular Cyst in my Right Ovary. I wanted to know do I need to go for a surgery with the size of cyst I have mentioned before. Please also help me what are the best next steps to be taken for the diagnosis.

My sister recently got herself checked. And in pelvic ultrasound it shows results as below : Right ovary size : 1.53 × 1.54 × 2.14 × 1.64 cm with volume 2.83 cubic cm Left ovary size : 2.05 × 2.10 × 2.17 cm with volume 4.89 cubic cm Is this normal ovary size or is it small? Please help.

I have my period 8 days early, having coffee colour and watery discharge for 2 days, ten it was normal for 4 days and stop, After 18 days again cofee colour discharge and watery for one day then normal 3 days and stop, I have done ultrasound which shows a small hypoechoic lesson of size 9mm x 9mm seen in posterior wall of uterus, Endometrial thickness 8mm, cervix apper normal, no free fluid seen in pouch of douglas, is it something danger, please help me
