Got my Nt scan n blood test at 11-12 weeks Below are blood test results Papp-A - 1.83 NT - 0.91 B hcg - 0.46 Please advice if this is normal. Rest all shows low risk. Really concerned. Pls advice

Update on my last question- I did get my periods after 8 days post Meprate. Thank you for all your promt responses My question is- will my periods be regular from next month (usually they are fairly regular with cycles of 28 to 40 days) What are some tips/lifestyle changes that i can follow for regular periods?

We are advised for follicular monitoring and ovulation induction but we being from a remote rural place , no nearby center have this facility.. Have heard that one  can take some medicines after period which is used for ovulation induction so we  wish to try with medicines for conceiving for some more time . please help if with medicines we can conceive and avoid visiting  far away fertility center. please help
