RPOC at 3 week USG TVS

There is 1.5cc (2.4*2.1*1.9cm) RPOC found after ultrasound done after 3 weeks of MTP. Some doctor is suggesting DnC and some medicines. I am not keen on pursuing DnC option. Can medicines be used again?
