Can i get an ultrasound of pelvis without a doctor's precription..??? I wm not having periods so i want to know the cause behind it.. I took beta hcg test ut came negative

I'm married since 5 year. Planning family now. But my cycle is not regular. My LH level comes out 16.29 on third day of my period and follicular study on 11th showed follicular size of 6*5 in right ovary and 6*6 in left ovary. ET- 10.7 mm. No obvious fluid is seen in pouch of Douglas. Endometrium is centrally placed and 10.7 mm in thickness. PCOS is diagnosed. Will I be able to conceive. ?

I am suffering from breast pain on left side . Ultrasound and mammography show 3mm simple cyst .. but its very painful so what can i do . M really scared about cancer nobody guided me regarding this

I have done preconception checkup . All blood test levels are good including harmone . My periods are regular 28 days mostly . In second half of cycle I'm experiencing low energy and dizzy ness in all these time . Is it my body trying to conceive and making me feel so? I got my periods exactly on 28 days even while trying to conceive . But no pms pain last time but it's dizzy and fatigue. I'm 5 feet tall weighing 68kg now. I avoid snacking earlier as I'm overweight, and I don't feel hungry too. Now due to fatigue I'm eating out sometimes and hungry too , snacking in between again raising my weight . How to avoid gaining weight further or reduce as I'm trying to conceive .
