Pregnancy and Infertility

I have undergone growth scan in 30 weeks and 6 days with a fetal weight of 1.8 kg and in my 36th week fetal weight is 3.02kg. In scan report they have given a impression that abdominal circumference falls above 95th centile for the period of gestation. Is this something to worry about? I dont have diabetes. My first baby is a normal delivery with weight 3.97kg and he is perfectly normal.

Does spicy food and spur food have any interaction when one takes ipill and by mistake took sour and spicy food will it lessen the effectiveness of ipill

I had regular periods. My periods are 12days late I got checked myself on 9th day of my missed period. Doctor consulted me to take meprate twice a day for 5days. When will I get my periods? Hi doc, I have 2 dominant follicles in LO 24 and 22 And one in RO 20. I had sifasi 5000 on day 11. And went for scan on day 13, my dr says all 3 dominant follicles did not ruptured instead another one small follicle is ruptured and she could see free fluids. So she again suggested ovitrille injection today for the dominant follicles to rupture. Is that right way. Can i ovulate again. Please suggest.

I recently had dual marker test. Following is the result: maternal age-28, EDD-28/10/23, CRL-59.5mm, NB-2.0mm, vit d(127Free Bhcg-2.32MoM, PAPP-A-0.34MoM, level of NT 0.7mm: 0.45MoM, down syndrome risk- 1:325(low risk), maternal age for down's syndrome-1:1084, Edward's and patau's syndrome risk, less than 1:100000(low risk). My gynae said that the risk for down's syndrome is intermediary and if me and my husband is okay we should go for NIPT test to know further. I'm a little worried. Does 1:325 is something I should be worry about for down's syndrome? I have a 3.5 Yr old Daughter who was born via emergency C-sec and she's is healthy. Neither mine nor my husband's family had any history of a child being born with down's syndrome. Should I go for NIPT test?
