Pregnancy and Infertility

I had a surgical abortion on 1st April and had bleeding till 9th April Just a little bit more than spotting after that I had bleeding from 16 th to 30 th April. In starting more than regular period flow after a couple of days it is a little more than spotting. The doctor said that it is due to the cervical fibroid measuring 12*9mm. I started bleeding again today on May 12th. The flow is less than regular period flow and light brown. My question is, is the bleeding due to fibroid or is it my period. But, before bleeding I used to have legs and back pain, breast heaviness, and pimples for the last couple of days like my period symptoms I used to have before. How could I know if it is period or bleeding due to fibroid.

Today my doctor told my cervix os is closed but baby head is engaged. Is this possible to detect engagement with cervix os closed?

Hi I am feeling pain beside the naval andinside of stomach and stretch marks on stomach I have got delivered through c-section it's been two months of my delivery and no pain near stitches above the stitches only I'm getting pain what was the reason

I diagnosed PCOS on 26 January 2023 . I am taking novelon from 10 February 2023 after i had period on regesterone on 5 February2023 . I completed my novelon pack on 3 rd march 2023 ( I missed one tablet on 12 February 2023) and got bleeding from 9 march 2023 to 12 march 2023. I started a new novelon pack on 11 march 2023. I had my last pill of the pack on 31 march 2023 and I took beta hcg test on 1 April 2023. The value was 2.39mIU/ml. I have PCOS and irregular menses. My question is can novelon or regesterone cause false low beta hcg test results ?
