I had lscs 20 days back, today i noticed discharge from incision area, there is tiny opening , on pressing fluid is coming from opening, i already received antibiotics twice post surgery and for uti, i am worried?? Is this need antibiotic or debridement, please guide Picture attached

Hello doctor 3months before i was delivered by c section and every month am getting periods next month some function is there i dont want to get period shall i use postponed tablets for few days like 18th is my period time shall i use from 16th to 20th !!! how many days should i take tablets and which tablets?? after 3 months of delivery is that safe to use postpone tablets??? thank you
