Pregnancy and Infertility

I went for a complete lifestyle management change since 5months to cure my PCOS. I am on diet with nutritionist/dietician help and workout and have lost 10kgs till now with ideal weight loss of 2kg per month. However i am not getting my periods regularised. It is happening 2-3 months once. I want to correct the PCOS with lifestyle management and without medication. Pls help me with advice on how can i proceed Note that with lifestyle management i have resolved gut issues , mood swing issues so far.

I am experiencing less period flow then usual from last 3 months i think. It lasts less then 2 days then spotting goes on until 4 th or 5 th day.. I m a bit concerned about it. What cud be a reason? My periods are regular but the flow seems to be quite less then usual.

Underwent 2 nd iUI and was put on Susten SR 200 mg for 15 days of which yesterday was the last day. Wanted to know if stopping Susten can induce periods.? Thank you.

Hello doctor i had c section delivary 4days ago. I had only 2days normal bleeding. From 3day i had no bleeding. Doctor said yits normal but iam so worried about that. Today iam discharged from hospital. Is there any problem no bleeding after c section. Pls reply me🙏

As per my blood report HSV-2 IgG is 30 Au/ml HSV-2 IgM is 1.85 Au/ml Does it mean I have recently(in 1 month) acquired this infection?

I have severe pain on right side of sternum for past 2 years. Recently I got hrct thorax done which found accessory muscle on right side(sternalis muscle) I can't stand, can't sit.All I can do is I can just lie down. It radiates to back of my shoulder, makes my shoulder very weak, gives a severe burning to my upper back. Breast becomes very painful. How can I get rid of this ?

I have irregular periods , hypothyroid from 3 years I take thyroid medicine and periods delay for two months or three months. Doctors give me different medicines to induce periods. What is the best medicine to take to induce periods. I have not got periods again from three months. Thanks and regards

My husband and I both took a CBC and fertility tests yesterday. Both of us have slightly higher levels of calcium (11.6 and 12.8), higher levels of prolactin (38 for me and 18 for him), TSH (5.6 for me and 6.0 for him), higher CRP (8 for both). We have been trying to conceive for a year now. Are these levels causing lower chances of conception?

I am feeling nausea after taking progynova 2 mg for last 2 days - 2 tablets after every meal - (6 tablets per day) I am planning for iui tomorrow. I am worried. Shall I take the tablet after dinner? Is the tablet safe when we are planning to conceive? Please guide me
