Burning sensation in right pelvic side
I am feeling very much nausea and vomit and I feel knot type dull pain and burning sensation in right pelvic when dull pain comes I feel shortness of breath and sweating,  my periods came but it's very light don't know it's period or something diffrent I have physical relation on last may 14 after that I got period on 25th may which was normal flow of 2days period, on 14th June I done beta HCG test also was negative what is this sign ectopic or something different even TV's scan  also done

To rule out  an  ectopic pregnancy you ideally needed transvaginal scan pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after a shipped period so the timing of the pregnancy test done on 14th of June was wrong you can repeat the urine pregnancy test and connect with the physician for shortness of breath
