Why does an ipill fail what is the use pf taking ipill if taken on the right time what are the things that makes an ipill fail

I'm having hypothyroid. I'm taking thyroid medicine from 3 years. I have irregular periods like after two months or three months. For inducing period doctors have given different medicines. I get chest pain for every small reason from many years. If I'm hungry, if I'm tensed, if I have to pee, for everything small reason I get chest pain. I have been to cardiologists few years back and they said ecg is normal. Since I have this issue please tell me a period inducing medicine without this side effect. Thanks and regards

I was on Metformin 500mg twice daily for one year. Now my doctor has moved me to Metformin + Myo inositol 500mg twice daily. How does adding Myo inositol help? In what way? I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for a year now. My BMI is 28.

I have having my period delay. I did test previous month and doctor said it was not. May be due to stress I missed it out. And nxt day I had my period. So 1 month missed and nxt month i had it. Now again this month I m missing it.

Tested after 30 days of protected test and 25days of missed periods. Test was negative but there was some line on other direction. Have attaches the image. Please suggest.

On Feb 4 my period was skipped, then March 4 I got my period on April 4 my period didn't happen but due to exercises on 26th April I got my period. On 26 and 27 , the bleeding was too light. On 28th (3rd day) I did exercise for 45 mints. Constantly and then my flow started. On 29, 30 April and 1st May I got medium to 2-3 big clots. On 8th day of my period (2nd May) there was no period. I went to Dr. For checkups as planning for conceiving. I did exercises and again the flow started till 6th May. The bleeding stops in day but I get it at night or my periods are little heavy at day time and no bleeding or light bleeding at night. On 6th May that is 11th day of my period i got checked my endometrium thickness and the ultrasound report was 10mm. Ovaries are normal as well as uterus. Small follicles developed.The Dr. Gave me trenexa tablets for 3 days to consume still the bleeding is not stopped rather I get small clots at times. I am based in baripada. What could be the reason behind this?
