Microscopic Examination: Sections from endometrium show endometrial glands in proliferative phase with normal gland stroma ratio, focal crowding and architectural distortion in a cellular stroma with ectatic vessels. No hyperplasia, cytological atypia or malignancy seen. Impression : Endometrial biopsy- Disordered Proliferative Endometrium. No hyperplasia, cytological atypia or malignancy seen. Thank you

I am having fertile cervical mucus since last two days, but still now i didnot ovulate, i check in the ovulation test kit.
