Having this problem for 15 days, lower back pain severely, leg cramps and pain that I cannot sleep well at night,and for the past 3 days feeling pain in the pelvis, had the last period on 6th Feb, my dates are regular 28 - 30 days cycle , bleeding is normal, I am interior designer I have a sitting  job but have to visits sites also. Kindly solve my problem Thank you

Hi , I am 34 yrs old and delivered via c section in dec 25 2023. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my baby since then. I have not been sleeping too well since and I feels extremely exhausted and fatigued. Is this normal ? How long will it take for me to feel like my normal self again. Any estimate?

I had my IUI last Saturday and this Saturday I suddenly felt cramping in lower pelvic region which grew very intense, unbearable pain and then afterwards subsided- all happened in a matter of 30-40 mins. The same happened in my last IUI cycle for 3 days starting around 8th day as well. What does it mean? I have undergone ovulation induction with gonadotropins in both cycles.
