My periods are very painful since childhood. I am facing some irregularities in my periods from the past 6-8 months. I had a 28 day cycle before. But now I get periods sometimes 5 days early and sometimes 5-7 days late. Period pain starts around 28-33 days but I get periods after 4-5 days of cramps. Also the period pain is not bearable. I get very emotional, stressed and irritated during these days, I also face gastric issues sometimes. My vitamin D is low and I have started taking the tablets, thyroid and calcium are in the range. Please guide me a solution to these issues. Are these symptoms of pcod?

Having this problem for 15 days, lower back pain severely, leg cramps and pain that I cannot sleep well at night,and for the past 3 days feeling pain in the pelvis, had the last period on 6th Feb, my dates are regular 28 - 30 days cycle , bleeding is normal, I am interior designer I have a sitting  job but have to visits sites also. Hi , I am 34 yrs old and delivered via c section in dec 25 2023. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my baby since then. I have not been sleeping too well since and I feels extremely exhausted and fatigued. Is this normal ? How long will it take for me to feel like my normal self again. Any estimate?

Hello, my mom age 46 and she has bleeding from last 14,15 days continues ,she never had this type problem before, she always had regular and 4to 5days bleeding but from last two month she has irregular bleeding and now from last 15 days she is continues bleed . it is normal? or need some check-up ,is it symptoms of any serious problem ?
