Is Fenugreek seeds good for fertility?
Is it safe to drink fenugreek water daily for a couple who are planning for a baby in near months? I had my periods on time always but, after taking fenugreek water two months, I'm getting my periods 3-4 days late. Is it OK or I need to consult with any gynaecologist? Please advise me.

High bp after delivery
I had high bp in the beginning of 9th month. Now, after 20 days of delivery, my bp is still high. It is 140/100 or 140/90. Before delivery I was using labetalol. Should I continue the same medicine after delivery? Do i need to take medicine lifelong?
