I had high levels of emotional stress in second trimester 13 to 15 weeks because of personal problems. I had loss of appetite and many symptoms now im feeling better i have not taken any anxiety pills. Will this stress cause baby to born with mental problems or any risks

USG whole abdominal test done. The reports shows-Both ovaries show paucity of folliciles with relatively thickened stroma-suggested harmonal correlation. What does it mean. Please explain.
