Trying to conceive
Hi, I'm on cycle day 26 (1-2days before period). Since a few days whenever I lie down on my stomach I have mild cramps (sometime right and sometimes mid section near belly button) esp at midnight. And it's been a couple of days since I started feeling a bit nauseous at night. My lower abdomen feels a bit tight. I have never had these previously. Please help if these are positive symptoms.

Please wait for another 5 days. If you don't get your periods then get your beta HCG level done and consult with a Gynaecologist.
