Hlo dr, Zinfe / orofer xt is for what purpose... Can you tell...the use of this syrup...is it for anemia???

In January 2024 my period date was 10 jan to 12 Jan but my period was delayed by 5 to 6 days so I took contraceptive pills medicines from gynaecologist and got my period on 23 January. In Feb 2024 I got my period before my period date on 19feb now in march today is 29 March but I am not having my period till now.. Pls suggest medicine to get periods

Hi I was prescribed to take susten 300 mg capsules vaginally from 18th day for 20 days And from 23rd day I'm having leg cramps, lower back pain -on and off and I have taken till 27th day so if I shop the tablets for how many days do I get periods or should I continue as prescribed for 20 days ?

I have done the SSG test this month. The report mentioned like "Uterus distension well. Left delayed spill. Right tube spill patent. Minimal fluid in present." What does this mean left delayed spill?  This time my left ovary only produced eggs and devloped. Can I do iui this month? Please clarify this I am waiting for your reply

I am 38 yrs old diagnosed with endometriosis and was on Diane 35 which i stopped 3 months back . Last two months I am having mid cycle spotting that happens early morning and stops . Sometimes I find very light discharge during mid cycle . Kindly advise.

Hi am diagnosed with Polyhydramnios ( AFI - 21). I don't have diabetes and gtt test was normal. There was slight increase in thyroid for which I am taking thyronorm 25 mcg. Baby's weight and other factor except FL is good. FL is below 1centile. Previous NT and double marker scan and NIPT all showed low risk. What is the reason for low FL and polyhydramnios.

Entometrial thickness with no symptoms noticed in an ultrasound scan in routine medical check up. Repeated two more scans done.The thickness varies in each scan.13 mm 15 mm and 10 mm.what is the remedy other than histerectomy.As there is no pain or bleeding it hard to accept a histerectomy. Biopsy also done and the result was negative to malignancy and entometrial hyperplasia.Kindly explain what next?
