I have gained quite some weight . Am also breast feeding my baby and it's 4 months old . Can I use any supplements for the weight ? Because eating clean and walking everyday ain't helping much . Also eating less is not good during breast feeding. Please help.

Madam, I am experiencing a mild pain in right side abdomen, it comes and go. My doctor had previously advised me to undergo a scan on 8th April(I didn't tell her about this issue). The fertility centre is located 60 km from my residence. If an urgent scan is required, I can easily get it done at a centre near me. Would it be problematic if I undergo a scan now and again on 8th April? I am concerned about the frequency of the scans and any potential harm it may cause.
