I know that breast feeding moms gain weight lost delivery.. when does this weight start to reduce ? Any specific month or period

Madam, I am experiencing a mild pain in right side abdomen, it comes and go. My doctor had previously advised me to undergo a scan on 8th April(I didn't tell her about this issue). The fertility centre is located 60 km from my residence. If an urgent scan is required, I can easily get it done at a centre near me. Would it be problematic if I undergo a scan now and again on 8th April? I am concerned about the frequency of the scans and any potential harm it may cause.

I am noticing brown discharge 3 days before the start of my period. My period usually lasts for 5-6 days whereas for 2 months now I am noticing that my periods last for 3-4 days. My gestational sac was present in upper em at ultrasound of 6 weeks and 8 weeks. Now in 9.5 weeks ultrasound due to bleeding issue gestational sac has moved in lower endometrium cavity. FHR 175 growth is good as per doctor. He advised to rest and come for NT scan. What are the chances baby will survive CL 37 mm. I saw in some publications that gestational sac moved down means misscarriage. However no bleeding now.
