I am late with my periods by 15 days. A doctor suggested deviry 10 mg for 5 days for my delayed periods. Should I take that medicine ?

I have been suffering from left ovary cyst which I got to know after an USG ... There was a mild pain in my left abdomen months ago and when i got a checkup...it was confirmed about the presence of an ovary cyst in my left ovary ...I was advised to take evecare forte liquid for 3months  two times a day. Should I continue with the given medication?

Hello, I gave birth to twins on 14th March via c section. My milk supply increased by constant pumping till 6th day and my breasts were very engorged day and night on 6,7,8th day after birth but I was in too much pain and tired and I did not pump and eat much during that time. Then breastmilk supply reduced. I also latched babies from 11th day and they nursed for half hour at one strech but I was not sure how much milk they are getting. We kept formula feeding them as well. Now I am again pumping and see very less supply. It's 30ml only at one time. Can I increase my breastmilk supply at 19 days postpartum or is it too late? I am a first time mom and I didn't know there is a fixed timeline till when you can increase your milk supply and I am very worried now.

The dimension of my right ovary is L- 3.74cm H- 2.43cm W-1.92cm vol-9.15ml and left ovary is L-4.29cm H-2.67cm W-2.06cm vol- 12.34ml. The doctor I consulted said it is slight pco and has advised me to start with meprate tablets for 10 days. Can I start taking the tablet or will it be cured with lifestyle changes ? And if I take the tablet will it cause weight gain ? Will there be weight gain with the hormone tablets that I will be taking after meprate for regulating periods ?
