Hi, I am having continously miscarriage before 12 weeks. Initial symptoms: Abdomen pain and back pain Precautions: Dybroboon tablet Result: After having tablet also bleeding started and got full of blood cloths. Doctor suggested to take Dybroboon tablets for 2 weeks to prevent pregancy but after 1 days itself got heavy bleeding and clots. Still Do I need to continue Dybroboon tablet after bleeding and clots before proceeding with scan?

My Left ovary is Polycystic and the right ovary can't be found on any scan. I didn't have any surgery and still couldn't find it. This month on the left ovary no follicles appeared in the follicular scan and again the right ovary was also not visible. My ET was 9.5mm and in the report they have mentioned minimal fluid can be seen in the pod. I'm not getting what this means and whether ovulation is happening or not.

I am 43 years old female. I have been suffering from lower abdomen pain since last 14 years. I have been facing irregular periods and spotting for 3 months. In Feb 2024 I faced heavy bleeding for 14 days. Since then I am feeling dizziness and weakness all the time. In blood test Low hemoglobin  (8.9) diagnosed.  And in ultrasound left ovarian cyst sized 35 ×29 mm diagnosed. My doctor said that the cyst is small and needs not any treatment. I have been given 4 iron infusions because of low hemoglobin. But my dizziness and weakness is not reduced at all. Please advise.
