I have very irregular period and doctor asked me to get prolactin test done. My prolactin test came out as 81. Doctor told to start taking cabergoline tablet. My thyroid and eveything is fine. How long do i need to take cabergoline tablet?

What are the basic minerals, vitamins to be taken before trying to conceive.can I get them from chemist without medical prescription.and what are the tests to be done before trying to conceive for having a healthy baby.

I have missed my period for the very first time ever. 47th day but no period. USG states that "Both ovaries show a polycystic appearance". My cycle usually is between 33-35 and fairly regular. But I don't have any physical symptoms and my periods otherwise have been regular. No acne no facial hair. I have been Insulin resistant since I was a teen, recently diagnosed with impaired fastingglucose for which I have been put on Metformin. I have a very healthy lifestyle. Workout like 3 times a week. Walk everyday, play tennis, go swimming and eat healthy at least 85% of the team. But I do have a problem losing weight despite the healthy lifestyle. Does the below diagnosis mean I have PCOS? The right ovary measures 3.7 x 2.7 x 2.2 cms (Volume is 12.1 cc). and the left ovary measures 4.0 x 1.9 x 1.5 cms (Volume is 6.3 cc). in size. Both ovaries show multiple small peripherally placed follicles. A 1.5 x 1.2 cms sized corpus luteal cyst is seen in the right ovary

What medicines go be taken to delay the periods for 3-4 days & do they need to taken everyday? As I haven't taken any such pills in the past please share something which will not have any side effects in future .

Hi dr Last 2 mnths back i took scan on day 2 and found follocular cysts 2 cms of 3 cystson both ovaries. I was taken contraceptive pills 2 mnths. Today i got scan done again on day 2 and attached the report. I am confused if the follicle mentioned in the report of size 11/06 and 11/08 on left and right are cysts or just follicles. Pls suggest me attached the report does it mean cysts again

Hi My wife age 29 had grade 4 endometriosis. We had done ivf before laparoscopy and frozen four embryos. After that we did laparoscopy and found tubes are patent. Knowing that we tried one natural cycle and two iui and then transfer two excellent grade embryo. All failed. AMH post surgey is 1.72 and my report is fine. Please let me know what we can do now. Can we try iui again ?
