I 18 year old female have had slightly irregular periods like 2 months they will be 25 days then a huge gap of 45 days this uncertainty is troubling me mentally too what could be the issue i have no pcod symptoms can someone help

I used novelon tablet for irregular periods I used it for 2months I didn't continued it for 3rd month because of the side effects this month 6th I need to get my periods but still now I didn't get my periods what can I do now plz clarify it

I have missed my period for the very first time. No period still. Got USG done which says Right ovary has Corpus Luteum cyst which might have increased the volume of my right ovary to 12cc. The USG also says "Both ovaries show polycystic appearance" However, all my blood reports including thyroid, insulin, prolactin are all normal. My periods are otherwise regular, no hairfull, acne, excessive body hair or any other physical symptoms. I know that pcos diagnosis is confirmed by ovary volume being >10 cc but can the increased volume be bec of the corpus luteum cyst? Or do I necessarily have PCOS? Also, what can be done for this corpus luteum cyst.. I am having slight pain in the pelvic region

Hi 30f Symptoms - milky Discharge from breasts when oressed Have Hyperthyroid using neomarcazole 5mg Do I need to undergo MRI. My endocrinologist asked me to get prolactin and 1-1000 Dilution test in fasting if its abnormal he asked me to get MRI else no need of MRI. Is prolactin level 38.9 serious does this need an MRI. I donot want to get unnecessary tests or Scans as in past I have done unnecessary Ct Scans and Xrays. In no i have done head Xray ut was normal. PLZ suggest. Or taking cabergoline will solve the problem or MRI is necessary for this level of prolactin. I am very much worried plz respond tha k u.
