Hi There is evidence of an ovoid echogenic lesion measuring 9.9 x 6.8 mm within endometrial cavity with flow on doppler. What is the Treatment for this and will this be removed via medicine

My doctor has prescribed 2 kits of naco kit 1 for husband and kit 6 for myself which has cefixime 400 single dose and metronidazole 400 and doxy 100 mg BD for 14 days . It is heavy antibiotic and is prescribed even when I don't have any infection right now. Should i take it or skip it and go direct for HSG with anaesthesia? Will it harm my body if i keep taking it ? No other doctors prescribe medications before HSG why did she prescribe? Please help.

My tsh was 3.5 and while i was taking thyronorm 12.5 for 2 months today it increased to 4.2 as i am trying to conceive since past 2 years should i increase the dosage?

Hello After embryo transfer , if spotting or bleeding happens , my doctor has asked to take tab Pause 500 mg  for 5 days ,2 times daily. And stop ecosprin and pen injection . May I know when we need to take pause 500 mg after food or before food. And if bleeding stops can we retart the injection and ecosprin again.

Hello doctor according to the previous report my prolactin level is 42...I visited the doctor for infertility treatment...on 12 th day 16*16 dominate follicle my periods are regular..no milk secretion...on 13 th day HCG 10000 injunction is given...is this treatment works ...becoz my prolactin level is elevated and I am not on cabergolin...is this method helps me to concive without taking cabergolin

Hello doctor, TBPCR test positive (endo) 541bp /MB --ve Amh -1. 57 FSH - 5.69 I take AKT-4 tablet from last month.my period always on time.
