Extremely light periods

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I had my laproscopy and hysteroscopy on April 23 and doctor removed some adhesions.I was told to take estrogen pills by my doctor for 4 weeks.Last saturday(May 11) I saw a thin line of blood which I thought was the onset of periods.But till now didnt get full flow just some brown or red discharge when I wipe using a bath tissue.Is it normal after these procedures?? Thanks
