I already had pylori detected & eradicated 3 yrs back but now again I have acidity for at-least past few weeks. Even in SoS situation Gaviscon syrup is not working. Should I be doing endoscopy?

My friend have last period on 26 feb and on this 26 March she just had some blood on her pubic hairs . After that she don't have her periods till now , what can be the reason ? Also she is having some gastric problems with significant weight loss??

Hi , I had one missed abortion last year in June and not able to conceive after that. Doctor did day 2 scan and said that I have 2 AFC on left side and 3 on right side. Is this count very low at age of 30? I did diagnostic laproscopy and hysteroscopy in January 2024 and everything is normal. Husband reports are normal. We are trying iui in this cycle. I have irregular periods for which i got tested for prolactin. My prolactin level came out as 81 and my thyroid is normal. In case i have prolactinoma. Will i need to take cabergoline for my entire life?

Today the patient experienced some unusual blood flow and abdominal and back pain, her periods have been over about 10 days back, and discharge is not as of regular periods. She consumed the contraceptive pill about a week back (30th March) and we had coitus on (27th March) after which she felt some abdominal pain, and nausea hence she has taken the pill. After some while in 3-4 days everything went normal and no pain was observed, but recently today again there has been abdominal and back pain.

Hi, In January my usg report findings are Right ovary-3.6 * 3.3*3.2cm  vol 20cc Left ovary - 3.3*4.0*3.5cm vol 25cc After medication on April usg report findings are Right ovary - 4.05*2.11cm Left ovary - 3.90*2.09cm Is pcos reduced in its size?
