I have been suffering from PMDD from last 3 years. I am taking psychiatric treatment as well. But pre and post symptoms are worse. I have consulted 15 Gynecologist all over India. They only prescribe birth pill, supplements and suggest lifestyle changes. My condition got worse after taking  birth pill. Differ doctore tried different classes of birth pill but it didn't work out. I already seek 1 year Ayurvedic treatment as well, and no improvement. Is their any treatment for PMDD in India?? I am willing to go under surgery if it will improve my condition.
