Hi , Doctor adviced me to have  letroz tablet 2.5 mg from day 3 for 5 days, after that she told me she I'll give me HCG 10000,  is it important to get HCG trigger shot , if HCG shot not taken what will happen , can only letroz tablet will not help me in natural conception ?

Hello Doctor! I have done nt scan at 11 weeks. Reports came normal but my dual marker test showing readings below normal range. so doctor suggested to repeat the dual test but again its showing same lower values. Doctor again suggested to repeat nt scan as well as dual marker test.. What can be the reason? Please guide.. Thank you!
