Periods post delivery
I have delivered a baby via ivf. One month post delivery I had regular monthly periods for three months and after that I did not have periods for next three months. (I'm not a breastfeeding mother). Is this irregularity common and when can I expect my periods to return.

If you are not breastfeeding you should get your periods within 37 days If not you need investigations and treatment

If not breastfeeding, then it should be investigated...do a pregnancy test and consult for further management
