You can start having relations after 6 weeks of caesarean . ideal gap is 2 yrs before you start conceiving .safe days method has v high failure rate as ovulation can be erratic specially in lactating mothers ....n you cannot take pills while feeding so cu T or barrier methods that is condoms can be used . cu t has the advantage that once inserted you can directly remove when your planning a child n there is no tension about forgetting to use it before intercourse .
