Pregnant after 20 months of cesarean
I’m pregnant again after 20 months of my cesarean delivery. My first baby was born preterm at 7 months. My last period was on 20th April 2025. I don’t want to continue this pregnancy due to health concerns and emotional stress. I am aware that self-medication can be dangerous, especially with my history, but I’m looking for safe options. I request your guidance on medicines or methods that can help terminate the pregnancy at this early stage. I understand the importance of consulting a doctor, but I’m anxious and want to know the safest possible way to handle this.

Whether you decide to continue or terminate the pregnancy the management requires strict medical supervision. Kindly consult a gynecologist physically.

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination, a few investigations and further management. The Gynaecologist should be willing to help you in case you develop some complications. This help may not be given by Tele-consultation.
