What could be the reason for an early menstruation or maybe blood flow. Can if be something serious if having it just after 2 weeks from periods? Without any period cramps?

Hey! I was 15 days late for my periods and thus, I started taking gynaset this morning. It was just one tablet and I got periods this afternoon. Should I continue and complete the course as prescribed, 5 days two tablets a day or should I stop taking the medication?

I have gained quite some weight . Am also breast feeding my baby and it's 4 months old . Can I use any supplements for the weight ? Because eating clean and walking everyday ain't helping much . Also eating less is not good during breast feeding. Please help.
