I am now in post ovulation. My endo thickness is 9.8 mm. From today doctor gave naturalgest 400 progesterone tablet for 14 days. Can i do yoga asanas for better results of conception? Or should i avoid? I wanted to do yoga asanas, but I m afraid that i will not be able to conceive if i do exercises..

I m trying to conceive... Doctor prescribed duphaston tablet from day 16 to day 30.... today day 28... slight spotting from morning... is it periods or implantation bleeding... pls suggest

I was undergoing fertility treatment. I stopped this last 2 cycles. Suddenly in last and current cycle, I got spotting on day 11 and day 12. Why spotting is happening? I have never faced this issue in my life. Getting this after ovulation induction. Also, in last cycle I had not got my period & took Deviry 10mg to trigger period. Why suddenly this spotting happening in middle of cycle for last 2 cycles? Please advice on this.
