I am unmarried and have high thyroid...is medical abortion possible in my case ?. I read that the abortion pills are not safe and efficient in case of high thyroid . Please help. Very confused

I have gained quite some weight . Am also breast feeding my baby and it's 4 months old . Can I use any supplements for the weight ? Because eating clean and walking everyday ain't helping much . Also eating less is not good during breast feeding. Please help.
