Can deficiency of vitamin D leads to infertility.
My Vitamin D level is 3 and AMH is 1.5.
I am unble to conceive despite of all other normal report.

19 March last period 18 March intercose withdrawal method took ipill within 24 hrs 28 March period for 5 days after that since 21 of April having white discharge but no period on 5 and 6 of May having light bleeding only on morning when will I get period please help doctor I already consulted 5 doctor still they don't give proper answer 🥺

For a proper calculation if I had my start of periods and cramp at around 10-10:30 pm in night should I consider it day 1 for calculations or should I consider next day as day with proper flow cramping started in night around 10-10:30 and till evening 9 there was nothing feeling like this.

Scanty period flow
Since, 3 months after coming off from ocps. I've been getting scanty period flow with sharp cramps in pelvic region. I always used to have good period flow before for 6 days and now its reduced to 4 days only..Is it because im having less hormonal secretion after completing ocps. ? Or other reason?
