A fibroid is seen in anterior myometrium measuring 18.9 x 15.4mm Endometrium is thickened and shows an Ill-defined echogenic area with increased color blood flow measuring 22.8x 17.3mm Endometrium thickness is 13.9mm Cervix is normal in size and echotexture. Both Ovaries are normal in size, shape and echotexture. No adnexal mass or cyst noted. No free fluid seen in POD

I am a breastfeeding mother..my baby is 7 months old. Can I do enema at home as per naturopathy? Or should I wait until my breastfeeding sessions are completed

Hi I missed my periods in Feb and got on March 9 initially flow was less and then suddenly on March 18 night it increased and in morning u started passing clots that were too heavy to control the pain  i had trapic mf but though the flow was reduced with it but in morning when I wakeup I have sudden gush of blood with urine that too black when will it stop. Respected sir / madam I am asking on behalf of my wife she didn't get her monthly period for last 1.5 months passed She was getting regular period her last date was on 20 th January 2024 she tested urine for pregancy but it's showing negative we had in relationship on 9 Feb 2024 So can't understand why it not showing pragnacy kit positive she don't have any much symptoms she gets sometimes mild giddiness in between .
