I underwent cesarean on 15 March, 2024. I hospital, doctors didn't allow to use pillow. Can i use pillow now after 5 days of cesarean?

I heard that tubal blockage can be treated by Homeopathic treatment? And by the treatment it will increase the chance of conception? Is this true? Please advice.

I ve got my cu iud insertion last month and this month I got my first period. Last Thursday I had spotting and on Friday it stopped. On Saturday morning the bleeding started but it's much heavier than usual and it's not stopping till now usually I have a cycle of 4-5 days. Is it normal?
