Dear Doc, can you pls help interpret this report, possible treatment and next steps? What does free fluid means and what can cause it?

I ve got my cu iud insertion last month and this month I got my first period. Last Thursday I had spotting and on Friday it stopped. On Saturday morning the bleeding started but it's much heavier than usual and it's not stopping till now usually I have a cycle of 4-5 days. Is it normal?

I have a normal cycle of 27 days, of around 5 days. I had my last in 6 March, but is was only 3-4 days, light bleeding and very heavy clotting once or twice atleast every day. Now I had the period again today, 20 March. Please advise what is the problem and how can I normalise it.

Hlo, metrogyl er 600 is an antibiotic.. Does this medicine is taken in urine infection or any type of infection of lower abdomen pain ... Plz suggest...

I did my hsg test on 8th day of period. The process was very painful and I bled after that. Took antibiotics for 3 days. Spotting has gone but a sudden cramp on right lower back cones n goes. Reports are fine. Is it normal? I am on 11the day now.
