Pregnancy and Infertility

I got my HSG done and there was no mention of septum in uterus, also in MRI and got so many ultrasound done TVS. Also 3D where no mention of septum was there but during hysteroscopy my doc told me that there septum in uterus and she cut that during hysteroscopy. I am suffering from endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Can anyone clarify about this septum issue.

I am looking for hsg test. But my doctor is not ready for HSG. She is asking for Laparoscopy surgery for which I am not ready now. For HSG I need prescription and also the antibiotics needs to be taken before and after hsg. Could any one please suggest on this? I will do a online consultation. If any doctor is fine to help in sharing prescription and precaution for HSG, please let me know asap. Thanks.

Ho doc , I had c section 7 months back . Post then I am having different types pain allover body. Right now I am having leg/ ankle cramp all day. When I wake up in morning I get lower back pain which gradually goes in 1-2 hours. I get pain in my fingers as well. I completed 3 months medicine course of calcium and other supplements after c-section but still I am having all these pain. I am finding difficulty in doing office work and household work. Please suggest what to do get rid of these pains

I had one abortion on 5th week of conception. It was done under gynaecologist by taking abortion pill. It was completed without any complications and post abortion I had undergone sonography. In scan it was all clear there were no rpoc. Can this abortion cause fallopian tube blockage?

Under SA, painting and drapping done. Considering bilateral tubal cornual blocks procedure started with hysteroscopy, entry under hysteroscopic guidance tried but internal os was stiff with intense adhesions, just uterine sound could be inserted. Laparoscopy startedwith Primary 10mm port inserted. Pneumoperitonium created. DEnse adhesions of uterus, bladder n anterior abdominal walll noticed, All abdomen was intensely hyperemic. Liver showed violin string like dense adhesions, sir fitz her curtis syndrome s / o Abdominal tubercolosis. Both tubes were blocked at fimbria with dense agglutination.Decision taken not to interfere as it was like active tuberculosis.advised AKT N Laparoscopy after drug therapy. Uterus was nornal in size. left ovary was seen but right ovary was obscured in TO mass, Wife started AKT 4 tablet How much days it take to unblock tubes?

As per my understanding if we are mentally prepare for Laparoscopy surgery then only we should go for HSG scan. Because HSG scan sometime give false result. Is my understanding correct?

Hi, I'm married and have a kid, my period is due on the 20th but yesterday I got a severe period like pain but I didn't get my period, I never get pain like this before my period, also I have a discharge since yesterday, I don't understand what should I do, pls help. Thanks
