Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello sir/madam. I took topimarate 50mg for 21 days and the medicines ended on 26th of February 2024. My periods are regular and it's on 28th day mostly. I wish to conceive a child . When shall I proceed so that there ain't any problem out of the previous topimarate dosage ? I took Aspritto and flunil as well for same 20 days.

My Girlfriend usually complain white discharge issues. First question is:- We sometime have physical without Protection. Is it safe during white dischage? Had earlier many times but never got any issue. Second question is:-What issue she has? Yesterday i cleanup her hair and it was cleaned with vwash and coconut oil was applied, all clean. After one hour i checked and again white discharge. She is working 9 hours a day, no exercise, diet i feel not proper, i recently started supplements for her. She dont like visit doctor. Kindly suggest some basic.

Hi, As per my dates, my LMP was on 23rd Feb. During the time I was supposed to be ovulating, I came down with fever. Yesterday during checkup, the endometrial thickness showed to be 5mm. I wanted to know does that mean I have not ovulated as I had fever during the ovulation time? And will my period be delayed?

Laparoscopic pictures- I am diagnosed with Endometriosis. Currently I am on contraceptive pills with Lupron injections for 2 months. After that FET will be done. Pls check pictures and suggest should I take 3 months down regulation or anything else. Do I have anything serious

I undergone DHL, they found hydrosalpinx in both tubes so removed and uterus stuck to rectum so doc didn't touch that as it would harm my intestines. In biopsy TB &Endometriotis both are negative. Culture showed growth of yeast cells and further took fluconazole tab for infection. Please check my hysteroscopy pictures of uterus. I have endometriosis
