My last period was on 15th Feb 2024.. My cycle is 30- 31 days. I have missed my period today and did card test and Beta hcg. Is it normal doctor?Please find the attachments.

Hi, As per my dates, my LMP was on 23rd Feb. During the time I was supposed to be ovulating, I came down with fever. Yesterday during checkup, the endometrial thickness showed to be 5mm. I wanted to know does that mean I have not ovulated as I had fever during the ovulation time? And will my period be delayed?

Laparoscopic pictures- I am diagnosed with Endometriosis. Currently I am on contraceptive pills with Lupron injections for 2 months. After that FET will be done. Pls check pictures and suggest should I take 3 months down regulation or anything else. Do I have anything serious

I undergone DHL, they found hydrosalpinx in both tubes so removed and uterus stuck to rectum so doc didn't touch that as it would harm my intestines. In biopsy TB &Endometriotis both are negative.
