I have severe pcod. i haven't had periods for 4 months . i contacted gynaecologist and she gave me regestrone for 5 days. i was supposed to get periods in 3 days. its more than 4 days i haven't got my periods, what should i do?

I undergone DHL, they found hydrosalpinx in both tubes so removed and uterus stuck to rectum so doc didn't touch that as it would harm my intestines. In biopsy TB &Endometriotis both are negative. Culture showed growth of yeast cells and further took fluconazole tab for infection. Please check my hysteroscopy pictures of uterus. I have endometriosis

There is a lump for two months of size 5cm x 7cm (approx) at the upper side of left breast for about two months. The size has not changed (not increased and since it's initial it's the same). It's smooth, round, and firm. Menstrual cycles are normal even after that lump also. No pain. Doctor recommended TBR tablets for 5 days (thrice daily). What it could be, is it something serious?

I am 2.5 months postpartum, a breastfeeding mother and did a thyroid profile test. The results showed low levels of T4 THYROXINE of 3.49. However, T3 and TSH was completely normal and in the right threshold. Is there something to be worried about ? Will T4 get better with time?
