Hello doctor.. i have been trying to conceive since last 2.5yrs but not able to. Recently it was found out that I had bilateral PCOS.
My doctor suggested me hysteroscopy lapro PCO drilling and as per doctor advice I had undergone the surgery on 19th April, Friday and on Sunday I got periods. Doctor have put me on letroze 2.5mg from the next cycle and told to try naturally for next 4cycles. How are the chances of conceiving naturally after the surgery? Is the bleeding due to periods or for the surgery

There are some chances of mild bleeding after surgery. But on which day of your periods was the surgery done? I need few information. You must be monitored to know whether you ovulate now. Please connect.
