High anxiety during 19 weeks to 21 weeks
I had high anxiety from 19 weeks to 21 weeks. Due to personal issues. Now feeling better. I had racing heart, tense muscles, no proper sleep and stressed mind. Will this harm fetus or cause fetus to develop any mental problens later on. Just did anamolly scan which is normal

Anomaly scan can't show the functional status. Still , don't worry. It won't harm the baby. Just try relaxation techniques and get a cardiologist opinion for your symptoms.
