I took Omega 3 in the noon yesterday and had emergency contraceptive ipill in evening around 8 is it ohkaay if we can took these both medicines in same day. would be helpful if i know

Omega 3 Fatty acid has nothing to do with oral contraceptive.
Like all food items Omega 3 Fatty acid stays in the stomach for about 2 and a half an hour. So it had left the stomach much before you took the oral contraceptive (which you took at about 8 PM).
