Can she conceive naturally with 1 ovary
My friend had got removed one of her ovaries a few years ago due to some problems. She also had PCOD. Now her periods are normal though her doctors have advised her to maintain her weight and keep a strict diet.
My question is will she be able to conceive naturally and with only one ovary remaining. Is there any threat to that ovary? Is there any threat to a bigger disease in future or any threat to life. What are the complications which she can face in future and how it can be resolved?
