I've missed periods for more than two months. When go for Usg of abdominal. In that I've dominant follicle in left ovary. What it means? How could I come over these problems. Is it more serious problem

Dominant follicle nothing to worry but you have missed the period what's the cause .Are you pregnant or have hypothyroidism .Ask about all these query to your doctor why period is so late.
