Uttar vasti is an ayurvedic procedure This is an allopathic forum of doctor so we will not be able to advise you on that I would suggest you to go for laparoscopy so that we can try to open up at least one tube If we are successful then you can try ovulation induction or IUI Otherwise IVF could be the only option Also also to help you understand IVF does not ensure pregnancy 100%
