I am having creamy discharge near vulva! And also watery sticky discharge after utination ! No itching and no smell! What can be the reason?

My periods are twice a month, i stopped having my medicine Furocyst(10-11months)through Internet reviews  and all, not prescribed by any doctor and after this i am having periods twice. I was diagnosed with pcod in 2016(was under medication by two different  doctors at different  time) in between it almost got cured but again i am facing issues. My wife had an IUI 3 days back. And she is taking progestorone tablets as prescribed by our doctor. her temparature is little high since she started taking progestorone. Is this normal? No feeling of fever she is having, just her temparature is bit high.

Hi Approx 10 days back there was small zit like growth in my left inner labia. I applied nebasulf powder and after 2 days it became open like a wound... Which was painful during urination and also the upper part of clitoris is extremely itchy. I have been applying supramycin ointment on the wound and cleaning the entire private part with warm water and dettol but there has been no improvement of the wound or itchiness. I want to avoid visiting a clinic for consultation. Pls advise.
